ALive seeks members for its civil society caucus, apply by 15 October 2009
ALive seeks to identify and select two representatives of the Civil Society to sit in the General Assembly of ALive under the Civil Society Caucus.
Requirements
Legal registration in Africa as Civil Society Organization (Professional Association, Community Based Organizations, Welfare Associations, Non Governmental Organization, Non-Profit Making Association), is required.
The associations, NGOs and organizations candidates need to provide evidence of experience in activities related to the livestock sector in Africa.
The geographical coverage of activities related to Livestock development issues is either at regional (more than one country) or at continental level.
The Civil Society Organization need to prove its capacity to financial support to its representative or alternate to attend the General Assemblies and Executive Committees.
The Representative should fulfil his mandate and provide the Partnership with strong input
