The document hereby describes the operational and administrative procedures of the ALive Partnership.

This document is for individuals, organizations and donors who participate regularly in ALive activities.

It describes the program objectives, its scope and activities, its operating mode and organization chart, its development program, its financial, budgetary, monitoring and evaluation procedures. It also covers its policies towards consultants and copyrights.

This version has been ratified during the Constitutive General Assembly of the partnership (May 31-June 1, 2004, Paris) and is applicable – except amendments inserted during General Assemblies – for the first phase of the partnership [June 2004-June 2009].

A revised version submitted for amendments and endorsement at the Fourteenth Executive Committee in Gaborone 9-10 November 2009 is now available here.
